Refunds:
We offer 15-day money back guarantee for all our extensions. You can get a refund (full or partial) if you are not satisfied with any of our extensions during 15 days after the purchase, unless copyright is infringed.
- You will get a full refund if you have not requested our support in 15 days since your purchase.
- You will get a 70% refund of the order if you have received our remote support via email.
- You will get a 50% refund of the order if you have received our direct support for installation issues.
To get the refund please contact us. All refund requests submitted after 15 days for the extensions are not accepted. Fees for installation, conflicts resolution and customization services are not refundable.
You will not get a refund if you purchase the extension with a developer license.
In case you have purchased our Membership package(s), a refund request shall not be accepted if you take use of the membership privileges to make multiple downloads on our themes and extensions, regardless of time.
Our refund policy only applies to products sold directly on www.magesolution.com and does not apply to items sold on themeforest.com
